Our Ground Beef

We grind whole muscle steer meat from Beef Chucks and Rounds with no added ingredients or fillers. We believe that Whole Muscle Steer Meats make more flavorful Ground Beef versus Trimmings that are not muscle specific. Our Hamburg is ground several times daily, in minimal size quantities, to maximize its freshness and shelf life. Our Lamb

At Roche Bros. & Sudbury Farms we believe that American Lamb ranks superior in quality and taste when compared to Imported Lamb. Eighty Percent of Imported Lamb is raised for wool and not for consumption; therefor quality meat is not their primary focus. Domestic Producers raise American Lamb to ensure consistently mild flavor and a higher meat to bone ratio than that of their imported counterparts.
