Meet Adam Laliberte

Recently, Roche Brothers own Director of Food Service, Adam Laliberte, had a chance to sit down with Jordan Rich of The Jordan Rich Show and chat about some new offerings here at Roche Bros.

Adam received his Bachelor’s Degree from The Culinary Institute of America. Upon his graduation he worked for seven years in Napa Valley at a restaurant called Tra Vigne. He spent his time there grooming and developing his skill set while working hands on with some of the best chefs, food and ingredients in California. He learned the art of scratch cooking, which he took with him to Salò, Italy for a Summer long stay. There, he discovered his passion for fine dining and learned the ins and outs of Italian cuisine as a chef atLa Campagnola. Following his Summer in Italy, Adam came back to the United States and continued his journey with food here in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon coming to the city, Adam became a chef at The Vault, a night club turned fine dining restaurant, which was voted one of Boston’s Best Kept Secrets.

With all of his fine dining experience, he’s taken his knowledge and passion to the retail side of the food industry. Here at Roche Bros., Adam has introduced some elements of fine dining to the Roche Bros. prepared foods selection. The new “Meals to Go” program focuses on providing customers chef crafted, ready-to-eat, restaurant style meals that focus on ethnic flavors and global cuisine. Try a unique take on a Macaroni & Cheese with our delicious Chicken Hatch Chili Mac & Cheese Bowl, the mouthwatering Bacon & Scallion, or succulent Lobster Mac & Cheese for a little less spice and a little more savor. With endless options, you can eat Italian one day and Asian or All-American the next.

Soon to come, Adam and the Prepared Foods Team have been working on a line of Brothers Marketplace calzones, as well as an organic soup expansion for Roche Bros. While you can enjoy our ready-to-eat dinners and bowls from any of our Roche Bros. locations now, keep your eyes peeled late this summer for our Antibiotic & Nitrate Free, Non-GMO Brothers Marketplace calzones. With a variety of flavors like Ham & Gouda, Calabrian Sausage, Onion & Pepper, and a Chicken, Cauliflower & Kale, your taste buds are sure to notice that these aren’t anything like a traditional calzone. Next fall, expect to see Roche Bros. new soup expansion.
