Your Easter brunch
For your Easter brunch, there is one sure thing: Eggs are a central item on the menu. We have all the tips you need to make your own frittata and a fun new recipe for Eggs in a Basket. Sometimes referred to as Egg’s Nest or Sunshine Toast, this recipe combines a few favorite breakfast foods into one delicious package.
Start off your Easter morning with this recipe for Ham, Asparagus, and Gruyere Strata. Be sure to plan on preparing it the night before, as this dish requires at least four hours of refrigeration.

A traditional Easter dinner
A centerpiece on many Easter tables year after year, Our Signature Honey Crunch Ham makes Easter dinner memorable all over Massachusetts.
As an alternative, try one of our other popular entrée selections: Our Honey Crunch Turkey, spiral cut ham, boneless turkey breast, prime rib or roasted boneless leg of lamb.
Or roast your own leg of lamb! Coat the lamb evenly with lemon juice, fresh minced garlic and rosemary. Then, season with salt and pepper and roast it in the oven. When it’s done, use the pan drippings to make a sauce. Add fresh herbs and deglaze the pan with white wine and chicken stock. Reduce it until you get the consistency of a sauce.
