Fruit Tarts
Our fruit tarts look so good you will not want to cut them. They are made with a shortbread crust and coated in white chocolate and filled with a light Bavarian custard cream.  They are then topped with the freshest fruits in a multitude of mosaic designs and glazed with an apricot glaze. These tarts have been a signature item in our Bakery for 15 years! We offer large (9”) and small (4”) tarts.
