Bacon. It’s the go-to crowd pleaser. Crispy, smoky and salty, bacon brings a flavor boost to any meal.

Incredibly versatile, bacon is equally at home at the breakfast table, backyard cookout, or appetizer party. Here are three ways to enjoy it:

Bacon Skewers
A fun new treat from our Butcher Shop, just think of these as flavored bacon lollipops. Our Maple Molasses Spice bacon skewers add an extra punch of spice and flavor to this tasty treat. These skewers are best cooked with indirect heat. Bake them in the oven or cook on the grill in a cast iron grill pan.

Candied Bacon
As if bacon weren’t addictive enough, you can also sweeten it up with a glaze. Arrange one pound of bacon on a parchment- or foil-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with 1/3 cup brown sugar and a touch of heat like black pepper, cayenne, or chipotle chili powder, to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Bacon-Wrapped ANYTHING

You can bacon-ize practically anything. The next time you need some meal-time variety, take your favorite protein and wrap it in bacon. For seafood, wrap scallops or fish in bacon and grill. For a BBQ, think bacon-wrapped hot dogs, asparagus bundles, chicken tenderloins, and even bacon wrapped peaches.
