Cooking with Cindy’s Kitchen Dressings and Marinades

FEATURED ITEM: Cooking with Cindy’s Kitchen Dressings and Marinades

All of the dressings for the new chef-crafted salads from Roche Bros. Kitchen come from our local partner, Cindy’s Kitchen of Brockton, known for their high-quality natural ingredients and chef-inspired flavors.

But these dressings are for more than just salad.

Here are some easy and flavorful ways to make these dressings a part of your kitchen:

Mexican Chicken with Avocado Vinaigrette

Turn boneless chicken breasts into a Mexican fiesta with Cindy’s Fresh Avocado Vinaigrette! Marinate your chicken for an hour or two in this dressing that features roasted salsa verde and lime. Bake the chicken the oven, with shredded cheese sprinkled on top. Serve with spicy salsa, slices of avocado and tortilla chips.

Salmon with Raspberry Nectar Vinaigrette

Add sweetness and tang to grilled salmon – and boost your heart-healthy Omega-3s even more – with Cindy’s Raspberry Nectar Vinaigrette, enhanced with Omega-3-rich fish oil. Marinate your salmon in the dressing and save some to drizzle on top after grilling. Arrange some fresh berries around the plate, and serve with a side of mixed greens and rice.

Vegetable Stir Fry with Tamari Miso Vinaigrette

Make vegetable stir fry without having to think about the sauce! Chop up a wide variety of veggies, including snow peas, peppers, carrots, onions and more. And stir-fry them in Cindy’s Tamari Miso Vinaigrette. With this blend of organic tamari, rice wine vinegar, and organic red miso – plus Hawaiian ginger and sesame seeds – your weeknight Asian-inspired dish will be on the table quickly. Serve with rice or noodles.
