Pizza. It’s a favorite meal for people all ages. Make it easy to do at home with pre-made crusts and sauces, or spring for a homemade crust made with cauliflower or even mashed potatoes.
For toppings, the sky is the limit. Select a rainbow of vegetables, leftover proteins and a blend of cheeses, from shredded mozzarella to ricotta.

Breakfast: Top the crust with your choice of cheese, caramelized onions and roasted red peppers. Crack an egg in the middle and bake. When the cheese is bubbly, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and chopped chives.
Lunch: Add sauce and top with ricotta cheese. Then, add chopped broccoli, spinach and roasted garlic cloves. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Dinner: Go Mexican with salsa for the sauce and a blend of cheddar and pepper jack cheeses. Top with ground beef, chopped red onion, green pepper and roasted corn. After baking, serve with sour cream and guacamole.
Snack: Brush the dough with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake until browned. Top with arugula tossed with olive oil and fresh lemon, and season with salt and pepper. Add roasted pine nuts and shaved Parmesan.
Dessert: Start with pie crust for a sweet finish to a meal. Spread Nutella on the crust and decorate it with sliced strawberries, raspberries, whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
