For a truly special experience, visit our Wellesley, Burlington, Millis, Acton, Sudbury, and West Roxbury Bakeries, where we hand craft line of Artisan Breads produced from scratch on the premises. These breads require a 3-day process from house-kept-starter to finish, to ensure the flavors and textures are perfect with every loaf.

Our ever-evolving Artisan Bread selection includes French Baguettes, Tuscan Bread, Sour Dough, Multigrain Bread, Farmer’s Wheat, and Garlic & Cheddar.  Tear into one of these crusty offerings, and you’ll taste the time honored skill of our Artisan Bread Bakers in each bite.

Vendor Story: Finagle-a-Bagel

Ever wonder what the story is behind those tasty bagels in our bakery bins?  Meet Finagle a Bagel, a Boston-based, family-run, certified women-owned business that has been cooking up all-natural bagels for over 14 years.

The bakers at Finagle a Bagel make every bagel by hand, kettle-boiled and flipped in rotary ovens by their artisan bakers.  They use old world methods to proof, age, kettle boil, hand-seed and hand-bake every bagel.  It takes 2 days for a Finagle a Bagel bagel to be created.

The family cares deeply about the food they make, and all-natural Finagle a Bagel bagels are made with the highest quality ingredients – never with trans fats, hydrogenated oils, or anything artificial. Finagle never uses chemicals or artificial dough conditioners. Unlike some manufacturers that use cheaper flour and artificial additives to strengthen the dough, Finagle a Bagel uses only superior flour with no fillers. They add whole fruit, (never raisin bits or pieces of blueberries) and top quality ingredients such as liquid malt, fresh yeast, real veggies and whole eggs.  All of which makes for delicious fresh Northeast staple – try some topped with Foley Fish Smoked Salmon this Sunday for a real treat!
