Healthy and Easy Snack Ideas

Make it fun to eat healthy by disguising antioxidant-rich apples as decadent “cookies” with nut or seed butter, granola, and dark chocolate chips!

Have the kids help out to make a healthy twist on sushi with mini cucumbers, carrots, and hummus.
