Our Kitchen’s Crunchy Vegetable Salad starts just as you might think – with lots of crunchy vegetables!
We take, crisp broccoli and cauliflower and mix them with thin sliced fresh carrots, cabbage, and celery. Then, we add in some toasted sunflower seeds and dried cranberries to add a little hint of sweetness. Finally, we lightly coat the whole salad with a creamy pepper vinaigrette dressing.
Enjoy it as a side during a weeknight dinner with juicy grilled chicken, or bring it along to your next weekend barbecue. It’s a great alternative to cole slaw and goes well with burgers or hot dogs.
