Your search for a delicious crab cake is over. Our Kitchen’s new Lump Crab Cakes are loaded with crab meat and made with the traditional ingredients of a classic New England Crab Cake.
We start with sweet, succulent lump crab meat and gently mix it with a combination of eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire Sauce, Old Bay Seasoning, and a few other special ingredients to really bring out the flavors of the crab. They are then molded into a whopping 5 oz portion, and baked to perfection.
With so much crab meat in each bite, they’re filling enough to enjoy as is, but if you’re looking to really make a meal, serve one up on top of a fried green tomato. They also taste great in a sandwich with a touch of tartar or cocktail sauce.
