Roasted Peppers


Sometimes, it’s the simplest sides that keep your family and friends coming back to the buffet for seconds.

One of our summer veggie highlights is Mini Roasted Red and Yellow Peppers. Bright on the plate and deeply flavorful, they’re a perfect side for grilled steak or fish, and a great addition to a homemade salad.

We take mini peppers and coat them with olive oil. We season them with salt and pepper to taste, and we roast them in the oven. Roasting brings out and intensifies their sweet flavor.

Roche Bros. does all the hard work in our kitchen so you can soak up the sun for longer and not spend so much time in yours! Just heat them up and serve, or serve them chilled.
