A twist on a traditional taco recipe made with Acadian Redfish, and topped with a home made baja sauce.
Combine baja sauce ingredients and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place Acadian Redfish fillets on baking sheet lined with foil. Brush fillets with canola oil and dust with Mexican seasoning. Bake for 8 minutes. When fish is finished, remove from oven and add to tortillas, top with baja sauce, cheese and shredded lettuce, roll and serve.
