Ingredients

  • Togarashi Wonton Chips
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 16 wonton wrappers, halved diagonally
  • 1 teaspoon Brothers Marketplace shichimi togarashi seasoning
  • Asian Guacamole
  • 1-1/2 cups refrigerated Roche Bros. Kitchen guacamole
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Brothers Marketplace shichimi togarashi seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Black sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Togarashi Wonton Chips: Preheat oven to 400°; spray rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. Lay wrappers in single layer on prepared pan; spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake wrappers 6 minutes or until golden brown; transfer chips to wire rack to cool.
  2. Asian Guacamole: In medium bowl, stir all ingredients except sesame seeds. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
  3. Serve dip sprinkled with sesame seeds, if desired, along with wonton chips.
