Ingredients

  • 1 package (7 ounces) Bellino Savoiardi Lady Fingers
  • 3 Roche Bros. large eggs
  • 8 ounces BelGioioso Mascarpone Cheese
  • 8 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup Bellino Espresso Ground Coffee, brewed
  • 1 ounce powdered cocoa

DIRECTIONS

Separate egg yolks and reserve egg whites in a separate bowl. Mix yolks with sugar until soft and creamy. Beat egg whites until stiff, then mix with yolk mixture. While stirring, gradually add mascarpone. In a deep dish pan, add layer of Savoiardi and cover with coffee, then layer cheese mixture and repeat until all Savoiardi has been used. Sprinkle final layer with cocoa. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
