Chopped dark chocolate espresso beans for garnish (optional)
Prepare Whipped Cream: In large bowl, beat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract with mixer on low speed 2 minutes; increase speed to medium-high and beat 4 minutes or to medium-firm peaks. Makes about 1 cup.
Prepare Bourbon-Espresso Milkshakes: In blender, blend milk, bourbon, espresso and vanilla syrup until combined; add ice cream and blend until smooth. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
Pour ice cream mixture into 4 (6-ounce) glasses; top with Whipped Cream and garnish with chocolate espresso beans, if desired.
