Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Bread, (your choice)
  • 2-3 oz of Vermont Farmstead Lille Brie, sliced (enough to cover two slices of bread)
  • 2-3 oz of Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar sliced (enough to cover two slices of bread)
  • Butter, (enough to spread on the outside of two slices of bread)

DIRECTIONS

Cover both slices of bread with the cheddar and brie. Put the sandwich together and spread the butter on the outside of the slices. Grill in a pan on the stove on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
