Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Bread, (your choice)
  • 4-6 oz Vermont Farmstead Lille Brie, sliced (enough to cover two slices of bread)
  • 2 tbsp Fig Spread, (Dalmatia)
  • 3 slices Prosciutto, (thin)
  • Butter, (enough to spread on the outside of two slices of bread)

DIRECTIONS

Spread the fig spread on two slices of bread, (1 tbsp on each). Cover both of those slices with the brie. Place the prosciutto in between the two slices. Put the sandwich together and spread the butter on the outside of the slices. Grill in a pan on the stove on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
