Ingredients

  • Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle (Salted Caramel or other flavors optional)
  • Medium or Large Marshmallows
  • Milk Chocolate Bars broken into squares to fit Brittle
  • Toasted Coconut or Fresh Berries (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Select 2 pieces of Brownie Brittle, similar in size. Place chocolate squares on 1 piece of Brownie Brittle saving the other piece as a top. Toast Marshmallows over open flame with wood or metal skewers turning skewer until heated through and golden brown in color. When marshmallow is toasted place it on the Brownie Brittle with the chocolate squares and place the other piece on top. Top with toasted coconut or fresh berries, if desired. Press together and bite! Enjoy!
