Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup Roche Bros. honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Brothers Marketplace garam masala seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2/3 cup nonalcoholic Garelick Farms® egg nog
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 3 tablespoons dark rum
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Ice
  • Ground nutmeg for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. In small saucepot, heat coconut water, honey, garam masala and cardamom to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 10 minutes or until reduced by half. Strain through fine-mesh strainer into an airtight container; cool, seal container and refrigerate up to 1 week. Makes about 1 cup cardamom-honey syrup.
  2. In cocktail shaker, vigorously shake eggnog, bourbon, rum, salt and 2 tablespoons cardamom-honey syrup 1 minute; add ice and shake 15 seconds. Strain into cocktail glasses; garnish with nutmeg.
