Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into ¾” pieces
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ lb white button mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ cup chicken broth

DIRECTIONS

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil on medium-high heat; add onion, chicken and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add broccoli, mushrooms and chicken broth, stirring frequently. Continue cooking for 3 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are cooked. Set aside for 2 minutes. Scoop the Chicken, Broccoli and Mushroom mixture into Garden Life Lettuce Wraps and serve
