Ingredients

  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Food Club canola oil
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup Wide Awake Coff ee Company® brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup packed Food Club brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Food Club apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Maille® Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Food Club salt
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper

DIRECTIONS

In small saucepot, cook onion in oil over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until soft, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 10 to 12 minutes longer or until flavors have blended and sauce is hot. Makes about 2 cups.
