Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 ounces) reduced sodium chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried very well
  • 1 tablespoon Brothers Marketplace olive oil
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Brothers Marketplace Moroccan Dry Rub seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°. In large bowl, toss garbanzo beans, oil, dry rub, salt and pepper; spread in single layer on rimmed baking pan. Bake 45 minutes or until crisp. Makes about 1 cup.
