Ingredients

  • 4-1/2 cups Food Club old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup raw unsalted pepitas
  • 1 cup Food Club brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Food Club ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Food Club salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup Food Club canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons Full Circle Organic pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Food Club pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Line large rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In large bowl, toss rolled oats, pecans, pepitas, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, allspice and cloves.
  3. In separate medium bowl, whisk oil, syrup, molasses, vanilla extract and 1/2 cup water; pour over oat mixture and stir.
  4. Spread granola on prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes, stirring after 20 minutes. Stir; bake another 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on pan 1 hour. Store in an airtight container up to 1 month.
