Ingredients

  • 3lbs Block Island Swordfish
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 small clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh chopped basil

DIRECTIONS

Preheat grill. Mix together all ingredients except fish to create Garlic Basil Baste. Marinate steaks in baste for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and grill for approximately 10 minutes, turning once.
