Ingredients

  • 5 tilapia fillets
  • 8 flour tortillas (small size)
  • 1 bottle Braswell’s Select Fish Taco Marinade
  • Aluminum foil or fish fillet grilling basket
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Minced onion (optional)
  • Fresh mango or tomato salsa (optional)
  • Guacamole (optional)
  • Shredded cheese (optional)
  • Lime slice (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate tilapia fillets for 30 minutes. Place tilapia on 300° grill (on aluminum foil or in a fish fillet grilling basket). Cook for 5–10 minutes and flip once. Fill flour tortilla with a portion of fish and then top with desired toppings.
