  • 1 ea Grilled Pizza Shell
  • 1 can Chopped Clams
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 ½ tbsp Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella
  • ½ cup Shaved Parmesan
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste


  1. Open and drain the clams very well, but save 1 tbsp of the juice to spread on the pizza with the olive oil.
  2. Evenly spread 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of clam juice with the chopped garlic over the pizza.
  3. Evenly spread out the basil, red pepper and chopped fresh mozzarella cheese over the pizza shell.
  4. Evenly spread out the clams and the Parmesan over the pizza.
  5. Place the pizza in the oven at 425 for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is crispy and the top is cooked
  6. While it is cooking, toss the arugula with oil, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Remove the cooked pizza from the grill, top with the arugula and ready to serve.
