Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1 pint of Hungarian Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • One pound of pasta cooked in salted water

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large sauté pan add butter and melt.
  2. Then add mushrooms. Do not crowd mushrooms in pan. Cook until browned.
  3. Remove mushrooms and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add ground beef and cook to half way done.
  5. Add onions and carrots and cook until the beef is browned.
  6. Add the cooked mushrooms back into the pan and stir.
  7. Add soup and sour cream. Stir well and cook until just hot.
  8. Meanwhile, cook one pound of pasta in salted water - drain well. Serve Hungarian Mushroom and Beef over noodles.
