Ingredients

  • Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Sheets
  • Fig Paste
  • Brie

DIRECTIONS

Cut the puff pastry sheets into 1 inch squares. Lay them out on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown. Let them cool. Once they are cooled, cut them in half, spread some fig paste on the inside of the bottom and top and place a small square of brie. Put them back together like a sandwich. When you are ready to serve them, warm them in the oven at 350 degrees for a minute or two so the brie melts. Ready to enjoy.
