1 ½ pound ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken
1 small onion, chopped.
1 (24 ounce) jar of Full Circle's Marinara Sauce
3 pounds of Mama Rosie’s frozen cheese ravioli (thawed)
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
n a skillet over medium heat, brown ground meat with onion.. Once browned, drain off excess grease. Pour in Full Circle's Marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Spread a large ladle of sauce into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Layer the thawed ravioli, top with another large ladle of sauce and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers until sauce and ravioli are all used up and top with final portion of mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Let lazy lasagna sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Top with grated parmesan cheese and serve with a salad and crusty bread.
