Ingredients

  • 3 fresh hothouse tomatoes from Backyard Farms or Vermont Hydroponic
  • 8 ounces Roche Bros. own Mozzarella Cheese, handmade in-store
  • 1/4 cup chopped Infinite Herbs Organic Basil
  • 1/4 cup Full Circle Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Himalayan Pink Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into equal size thickness.
  2. Stack alternating slices on two salad plates.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped basil, drizzle with vinaigrette, and season with salt and pepper.
