1 package (8 ounces) Food Club cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups Food Club shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup Stonewall Kitchen classic pizza sauce
1/2 cup Food Club grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Food Club pure ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
1 loaf (16 ounces) French baguette, sliced
Spray 2-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, stir cream cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, black pepper and red pepper flakes, if desired. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of prepared slow cooker; top with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Cook on low 2 hours or until cheese melts.
