Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 package (8 ounces) Food Club cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups Food Club shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen classic pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup Food Club grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Food Club pure ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 loaf (16 ounces) French baguette, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray 2-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, stir cream cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, black pepper and red pepper flakes, if desired. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of prepared slow cooker; top with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Cook on low 2 hours or until cheese melts.
  3. Serve dip with baguette.
