Season fillets with salt and pepper, dip into flour shaking off excess. Heat oil and butter in saute pan. Saute fillets, 2 minutes per side. Saute green and red grapes in better until soft to touch. Add white wine and bring mixture to boil. Add chopped red cherries and pour sauce mixture over fillets Serve hot and garnish with orange and lemon twists
