Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Root Vegetables
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Stock (dry sherry can be substituted)
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 Tbsp. Brothers Savory Honey Vegetable Glaze
  • 2 tsp. Salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Peel and Cut all root vegetables into 1 inch cubes
  • In a separate bowl, add 6 Tbsp. Melted butter, 2 tsp. salt, and 4 Tbsp. Brothers Savory Honey Roasted Root Vegetable Glaze
  • Toss cubed vegetables in the butter & seasoning blend
  • Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet, cover with foil, bake for 40 minutes
  • After 40 minutes, remove foil and add 1 cup of vegetable stock to baking sheet.
  • Increase oven to 500 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender and stock is absorbed.
