Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 2½ teaspoons Food Club light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons hot smoked Spanish paprika
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • ¾ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Food Club pure ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Use 2 teaspoons seasoning per 8 ounces of steak. Evenly rub over steak, then coat steak with vegetable oil before cooking in a grill pan or skillet.
