Ingredients

  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box Stonewall Kitchen Sea Salt Crackers
  • 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Watermelon Jelly
  • Bunch of fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Balsamic glaze, optional

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, whip the feta and cream cheese until it becomes a spreadable consistency.
  2. Spread a thin layer of feta on crackers. Top with approximately a teaspoon of Watermelon Jelly and a piece of basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving, if desired. (Whipped feta can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for later use.)
