Ingredients

  • 5 tilapia fillets
  • 1 bottle Braswell’s Select Fish Taco Marinade
  • Aluminum foil or fish fillet grilling basket
  • 8 flour tortillas (small size)
  • Assorted Toppings

DIRECTIONS

1. Marinate tilapia fillets for 30 minutes. 2. Place tilapia on 300° grill (on aluminum foil or in a fish fillet grilling basket) or broiler pan. 3. Cook for 5–10 minutes and flip once. 4. Fill flour tortilla with a portion of fish and then top with desired toppings. (sour cream, minced onion, fresh mango or tomato salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese, lime slice, etc.)
