To celebrate all the great Cheeses we have here in New England, we’ve put together some delicious grilled cheese recipes – made with local, New England cheese!
Cut the burrata open and spread the middle out across the two slices of bread. Chop up the outer layer of the burrata and place half on one slice of bread. Top that with the roasted tomatoes, then the basil and finally the rest of the burrata. Put the sandwich together and spread the olive oil on the outside of the slices. Grill in a pan on the stove on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
