Ingredients

  • 1 ea medium size Spaghetti Squash
  • 1 ½ cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Shaved Parmesan
  • ¼ cup chopped Basil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut squash in half the long ways and scrape out the seeds
  2. Steam or boil the squash for 13-15 minutes or until the squash is fork tender.
  3. Once the squash is cool enough to handle, use a fork and scrape the squash out of the skin, (it will pull away looking like strands of spaghetti)
  4. Heat up your marinara, toss the squash in the sauce with the basil and ½ the parmesan
  5. Plate the squash and garnish with remaining parmesan and a little basil
