Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix, original
  • 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat for 5 min. stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped onions, if desired.
