Grocery Grab Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Roche Bros. Supermarkets “Grocery Grab” promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Massachusetts who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Associates of Roche Bros. Midco. LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The entry period for the Promotion begins on August 15, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on September 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Entry Period”). 

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: 

• Roche Bros. Neighbor Rewards Enrollment: Individuals who enroll in the Roche Bros. Neighbor Rewards program by September 25, 2025, will be automatically entered into the Promotion. 

• Existing E-commerce Customers: Existing Roche Bros. e-commerce customers, who are currently enrolled in the Roche Bros. Neighbor Rewards program due to placing ecommerce orders are automatically entered into the Promotion. 

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Subsequent entries from the same person will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

4. SELECTION OF SEMIFINALISTS: Thirty (30) semifinalists will be selected in total. Beginning on August 22, 2025, and continuing through September 25, 2025,  semifinalists will be randomly selected each week from all eligible entries received up to that point. The dates for the weekly selections are as follows: 

• Week 1: August 22, 2025 

• Week 2: August 29, 2025 

• Week 3: September 5, 2025 

• Week 4: September 12, 2025 

• Week 5: September 19, 2025 

Semifinalists will be notified by email or phone within three (3) days of their selection. Odds of being selected as a semifinalist depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

5. SEMIFINALIST EVENTS & GRAND PRIZE SELECTION: The thirty (30) semifinalists will be invited to attend one of three in-store events to be held at the following locations and times: 

• Marshfield: Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. EDT 

• Watertown: Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. EDT 

• Westwood: Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. EDT 

At each event, three (3) individuals will be randomly selected from the semifinalists in attendance to be the official “dashers” and participate in the Grocery Grab. A total of nine (9) dashers will be selected across all three events. Dashers will be randomly assigned a time limit for the dash: 2 minutes and 30 seconds, 2 minutes, or 1 minute and 30 seconds. 

6. PRIZES: 

• Grand Prizes (9 total): The dashers will receive the groceries they collect during their designated time, subject to the Rules of the Grab (see Section 7). The approximate retail value of each grand prize will vary based on the value of the groceries collected. 
• Runner-Up Prizes (21 total): The semifinalists who attend an event but are not selected as a dasher will receive a Roche Bros. gift card. At each event, there will be one (1) $150 gift card, one (1) $100 gift card, and five (5) $50 gift cards awarded. 

All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

7. RULES OF THE GRAB: 

• The dasher must collect items one at a time. Sweeping multiple items into a cart is prohibited. 
• Certain sections of the store are off-limits and items from these areas will not be included in the prize. These areas are: 
  • Full-service counters (e.g., meat, seafood, deli) 
  • Health and beauty products 
  • Baby items (e.g., formula, diapers) 
  • Beer and wine section 
  • Lottery
  • Gift Cards
• All collected items must be placed entirely within the designated shopping cart at the end of the time limit. Items not in the cart will not be included. 
• If a dasher has a physical disability that prevents them from running, they may designate a family member to run on their behalf. This proxy must be identified and approved by the Sponsor prior to the start of the event. 

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in any fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct. 

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, biographical information, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or other problems relating to the entry process, winner selection, or prize fulfillment. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
