The Roche Bros. Thanksgiving Catering Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Roche Bros. Supermarkets, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on October, 26th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 13, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of Massachusetts who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Roche Bros. Supermarkets, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
How to Enter
Method 1: Automatic Entry with Qualifying Catering Order
Eligible customers who place a Thanksgiving Catering order during the Promotion Period and provide a valid email address and phone number will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.
Method 2: Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, send an email during the Promotion Period to Customer Service: [email protected] with the subject line “Thanksgiving Catering Giveaway Entry” and include:
• Full Name
• Mailing Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Preferred Roche Bros. location
Participating Locations
All Roche Bros. locations are participating except Needham Sudbury Farms.
Prize
One (1) winner will be selected from each participating Roche Bros. location.
Each winner will receive a prize equal to the value of their Thanksgiving Catering order, up to a maximum of $200.
If the winner entered through the Alternate Method of Entry and did not place a Thanksgiving Catering order, the winner will receive a Roche Bros. gift card valued at up to $200.
No cash substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection
On or about November 23, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each participating location.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each location.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided at entry.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted within Two (2) business days, is determined to be ineligible, or does not respond, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Prize Fulfillment
For winners who have already completed and paid for a Thanksgiving Catering order, the prize will be awarded in the form of a refund, store gift card, or another method determined by Sponsor, with a maximum value of $200.
Prize distribution will occur within thirty (30) days of winner verification.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
• Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
• Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
• Allow Sponsor to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable entries, nor for technical failures, human error, or any other errors associated with the administration of the Promotion.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
