Our Butcher Shop is dedicated to providing you and your family with the best quality cuts. To earn the Certified Angus Beef brand name, cattle must first be Angus-influenced, and then the beef must pass their 10 quality standards to ensure that they provide consistent sizing, a quality looking, tender steak, and a higher standard for marbling texture and harvesting to insure the best tasting steaks.
