Ingredients

  • 12 oysters, shucked on the half shell
  • 3 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons Sea Gold Garlic Butter, melted
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 teaspoons ranch dressing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Shuck oysters on the half shell.
  3. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour 1/2 teaspoon ranch dressing over each oyster, then cover generously with cracker mix.
  5. Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes until golden.
