  1. Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large bowl, whisk tamari, sage, oil, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika; add mushrooms and toss.
  2. In 5 batches, air fry mushrooms in single layer 12 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crisp, shaking once halfway through cooking; transfer to prepared pan. Once all mushrooms have been air fryed, add cheese and salt; toss. Makes about 3 cups.
