Ingredients

  • Poppy seeds and/or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Slice and freeze 1 banana.
  2. In glass, stir coconut milk and seeds; let stand 10 minutes.
  3. In blender, purée avocado, spinach, pineapple juice, honey, frozen banana and coconut milk mixture. Makes about 4 cups.
  4. Slice remaining banana. Pour smoothie mixture into 4 serving bowls; evenly top with kiwi, raspberries, granola, walnuts and sliced banana. Makes 4 bowls.
  5. Serve bowls garnished with poppy seeds and/or sesame seeds, if desired.
