
Bacon-Ranch Buffalo Potato Salad

- Chopped fresh chives for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In large covered saucepot, heat potatoes and enough salted water to cover by 1 inch to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until potatoes are easily pierced with a knife. Drain potatoes; cool completely.
- In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
- In large bowl, whisk seasoning, mayonnaise and hot sauce; fold in celery, onion, potatoes and bacon. Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
- Serve potato salad garnished with chives, if desired.
