- Preheat oven to 400°; brush bottom of 13 X 9-inch baking dish with oil. Place cheese in center of prepared dish; drizzle with 2 tablespoons honey and bake 15 minutes.
- In medium bowl, stir walnuts, crushed red pepper, thyme, and 1 tablespoon honey. Remove cheese from oven; top with walnut mixture and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and heated through. Makes about 3 cups cheese mixture.
- Serve cheese mixture drizzled with remaining 1 tablespoon honey along with crackers and apple slices.
