Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°; line 12-cup standard muffin pan with baking cups and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, with fork, mash bananas; whisk in eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract. Stir in oats, sugar, flour, protein powder and baking powder; fold in chocolate chips. Divide batter into prepared cups; sprinkle with almonds. Bake muffins 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes in pan. Makes 12 muffins.
