Ingredients

  • Fresh blueberries, lemon zest twists and thin cucumber slices for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Muddle 1/2 cup coconut water, blueberries, cucumber, lemon juice, honey, lemon zest and ginger in a cocktail shaker; add remaining 3 cups coconut water and ice cubes. Shake vigorously; strain into 4 rocks glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish with blueberries, lemon zest twists and cucumber slices, if desired. Makes about 5 cups.
